We are a certified State inspected plant. All beef will hang for a minimum of 7 days and be processed under an inspectors supervision to ensure best practices. We will work to accomodate your needs as best we can. You can browse our calendar and book a date here or give us a call and we'll set you up!

Our reserve beef is all third party verified all natural beef. Raised and fed by our family and friends. You may reserve here and indicate the amount of meat you would like. We will call you to detail our your order and confirm.  Let us know how we can serve you today!
