Harvest & Processing Service:

We are proud to live in Sayre, Oklahoma and are excited to provide quality service and products to our neighbors! We offer both Custom and USDA Inspected harvest and processing services and will work to meet your needs as best we can. We process beef, bison, swine, sheep & goats. Give us a call and we'll get you on our list! USDA Inspected as of May 23, 2022!

Purchase Local Beef or Pork:

Our beef is homegrown, raised and fed by our family at Hickey Farms. You may call us and book for a whole, half or quarter of beef. Indicate the amount of meat you would like and we will call you to confirm your order details. Our Pork is raised by our neighbors here in Sayre at Hartman Farms. It is Berkshire Pork, which is regarded as the most palatable pork, raised humanely & with great care and is available for purchase in a half or whole.

 

We will do our best to have the meat ready as close as possible to your booked date and will keep you informed of where we are in the process.
